WINOCEAN API bottom loading coupler can connect with all 4 inches bottom loading adaptors in accordance with API BR1004 requirements to reduce liquid loss when disconnected. It can efficiently transport various fuels with high performance seals and excellent abrasion resistance and oil resistance. It is not easy to cause stranded chaotic structure of loading rack. It ensures tanker truck's tight connecting with new, easy, automatic alignment structure and prevents lateral force.
The API Liquid Coupler or otherwise known as the Model C – 3659 are designed for bottom loading hydrocarbon road tankers. The design and manufacturing is done in accordance with API RP1004. This is an industry standard design which allows it to connect to a tank trucks mating API male adaptor. The female API Couple is a standard which is used on a variety of our bottom loading arms.
This coupler is operated by a manual valve which can be opened by turning the handle by 180° degrees. Full flow will be achieved when the coupler is connected with the tank truck and safety lugs are engaged. The API liquid coupler is of robust construction with it being manufactured in aluminium with an anodised surface finish. It’s design means its durable and easy to maintain.
